I just wanted to reach out and let you know for over a year now I am still more than 100% satisfied with OIG's services. Doesn't matter what needs to happen to make a deal work but you are always on it.
I get a courtesy call before and after every closing, value look ups when needed and if there are any customer issues you & your team know how to handle them and get the deal closed.
OIG has earned my business by always delivering. I never have to worry about closings even at month end you always have slots available; I do not have one complaint! You have raised the bar VERY high for any competitors to be in running, good luck to them....

She took a proactive step, in calling me directly and getting it sent to an email account that allowed us to make it happen. I just wanted to take a moment to let you guys at Wells Fargo know what a great job that Brandon Moser (OIG title) did closing my recent refinance! My situation was by no means simple or easy and he and his group worked hard to make it as painless and stress- free as possible. The entire process ended up going relatively smoothly even though I am currently going through a divorce and that I was out of state with work on the closing date.
